"Good texture. Would like it a little more moist though. "

"My favorite chili recipe. I add one canned adobo chili, chopped, and one jalapeno, also chopped. I also use 96/4 ground beef, so either watch while it browns or put a glug of olive oil in. Love it."

"Overall, a tasty bagel! However, would like to try and perfect this recipe. 1) Try to boil potato in your smallest pot that it will fit in. In the end I did not have enough leftover potato water to boil the bagels. Plus my potato didn't cook evenly because so much of the water boiled off, I had to keep flipping it. 2) I did the conversion to use my starter, and I think the dough was still a bit too loose, so next time I would still subtract the 50g of water, but use all the flour. 3) I broke my stand mixer trying to mix the dough for 10 min, so I guess next time I would have to just try and knead by hand 4) I don't know that I would do the onion topping next time. For one, it only made enough topping for me to cover half of the bagels. Second, I had a very hard time getting the majority of it to stick to the bagel. And third, it burnt in our small oven as the bagels cooked. I put an everything bagel mixture on the other half and that was much more successful. 5) When I formed the bagels into their shapes (with the holes) I think I stretched them out to be too big, because then they were a little thin and got even thinner when I boiled them (the first one even fell apart). They were also really hard to handle. The last few I started folding the sides over on themselves to make them thicker and those came out much better. "

"Rob really enjoyed this, as did I. Definitely a bit of work though. I noticed that a lot of the reviews complained that the cheese sauce was bland, probably due to the types of cheeses it said to put in there. I used what I had on hand, cheddar, a pizza blend, and gouda all together equalling the 2 1/2 cups called for in the recipe (plus some salt, pepper, and paprika for seasoning). I also couldn't find frozen artichoke hearts so I used a jar (it was a little less in weight than the recipe called for but it was fine). I poured the whole thing in WITH the oil from the jar (since there was lots of seasoning in it), however, the filling was a bit too oily (even though I tried to cook it off) and I had to drain it in the end. Therefore, I would just use SOME of the oil from the jar. The oil was nice because I also added some minced garlic in when I added the artichokes. My only issue I struggled with cooking the lasagna noodles. Despite trying to stir and separate them in the pot, they still stuck together and were a pain to separate. However, even though a lot of them ripped I was still able to roll them. I also added 2 LARGE spoonfuls of filling in each noodle. I can't imagine how 2tbs would have been enough. "

"I love hot dogs in most all their forms. And this one is a winner. However, as a born and raised Texan, this isn't a "Texas Style" hot dog. Closest thing we have to one is the tried and true chili dog with Shredded cheddar and onion and jalapeños. But I'm not knocking this one. I'm eating it lol. And will again!!"

"Pretty good for a healthier way to eat wings. I halved the recipe, and unfortunately the breading didn't last for all my wings (I was about 2 short). I wouldn't make the full amount of breading, maybe 3/4. I also used fresh parmesan which was nice, but I could see using the shaker parm too."

"This is always a favorite, no matter the occasion or whether for dessert or brunch! 😁 However, when reading through your directions, I noticed you didn't include when to use the melted butter!😱 Please revise quickly, so I can whip these up, ASAP!!"
